Before I saw your pic here I thought you might have looked like one of those old rock 'n' roll guys with the long hair and the trench coat and some obscure scarf (very much the Ian Anderson[Jethro Tull] look), hey and guess what... I'm not far off. Where's ya coat?
Will hope to see you when you visit Perth in May.

I've noticed in the past few years of the Hottest 100, the best announcers get the top 20 to count down (i.e. Adam and Wil).
You guys have made my afternoon's a huge laugh these past two weeks, and I'm putting in my vote to have you both (Ross and Terri) as the top 20 countdown team for the hottest 100.

Seeya guys, here's hoping that you both get a full time session.

Because I'm on school holidays, I have become the human equivalent of a sloth in the past few weeks, so I've been waking up at around 12 noon each day. The first thing that I've been hearing in the afternoons is your beautiful voices, like honey to the ears. Its been very enjoyable listening to you guys each day, you are both very funny. I'm also amazed how you managed to track down Big Kev and Nanna's daughter. Top stuff. The release & re-release of Nanna was very exciting, wish I'd been there to see it. I'm sure fellow Triple j listeners will agree with me in saying you guys will be dearly missed & what a great job you've done. Kudos also goes to Simon & Matt for making this cool website on which I have just posted the longest comment of all time :] WOOT!

Thanks guys for two of the sweetest weeks of radio this country, nay this planet, has produced. I think it is no exaggeration, Terri, when you pronounce this your greatest work ever. Nanna is assured a place in our home & our hearts, and who will everf be able to look at a child without hearing "Mikaela's Theme"? Luckily for me I am a Family Daycare mother so I can have the theme gently wafting through my subconcious all day long. Mmm. And the show's theme as well. Halcyon days.

True comedy gold. Why can't all radio be this funny.

If the dynamic duo themselves haven't said it enough times, Ross' tour committments is why the show can't be regular, NOT the totalitarian triple J management killing the timeslot. No amount of internet petitioning will change that.

If we can vote on a Borange song we should all vote for the same one to increase its cahnce of doing well...

After discovering Ross & Terri (and of course Nanna), in their second and final week of the show, I was subjected to the borangest of treatments during the final show (including the infamous launch of Nanna): being subjected to a family holiday in the place where there is no fm radio signal!!!
Ross & Terri's freakish ability in transmitting from the future was not only highly enviable, but immensely hilarious.
Thanks guys. Thanks so much for the four days (all that I was priveleged to hear) of quality radio.

I agree with plenty of the comments above, reminded me of laughing at the radio with Adam and Wil. Hopefully the powers that be at Triple J will realise great radio chemistry when they hear it and you'll get a guernsy full time. I'm not that enamored with J and the Doctor to tell you the truth so if they keep sucking arse, who knows, we could have a new breakfast duo.

As for Fraggles question, yes, yes I do. Unless of course it is a vaguely intellectual attempt at scorn, noting that foxes are members of the dog family (I think). And why is the petition poxy Jem? (although I do admit that no one at the J's will probably take any notice of an online petition). There always has to be someone who feels the need to assert their experience as a better alternative rather than just that, an alternative. Who cares if Ross is better live, it doesn't mean he sucked whilst on air. If he and Terri were willing to come into my car and/or office during the morning and wax lyrical whilst playing good music, talking to people on the phone and taking advantage of cardboard octogenarians well then I may concur, yes they are better live. However in lieu of that ever occuring I'll be happy with the radio show they produced.

Anyway, I'm going to fade myself out......

How wonderful to see this site has gained a new life as a dating service - or at least a casual root service.

Seriously, Matt and Simon, how good is this website!! I just hope you guys some real (paid) work as a result. Don't look at me - I'm the bloke who quit work to listen to the show. A week after it's finished, that doesn't seem the best thing to have done, but live and learn I say.

Hello to Ross especially,
I've just "tuned" into your show the last couple of days and also found the accent quite startling - especially as I'm from Seaham Harbour. Heard today that you come from north of Newcastle - dare I ask where that might be? I would have put the accent down as Gateshead ?? And, I'm sorry but you sound so much like Vin Garbutt I thought you were him, and tuned into the web page to see if you were !!
Loved the two days, and sorry you won't be around for much longer ............ p.s. I'm in my late fifties -= who said Triple J was for "youth" ???
